What we collect and why

We collect only what you choose to give us through our forms — for example your name, contact details, and the details of an enquiry or report — so we can respond to you, investigate concerns, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who can see it

General enquiries and complaints are handled by the relevant FSS staff dealing with your matter. Whistleblower reports are accessible only by the HR Manager and the Managing Director — no other staff have access.

How long we keep it

We retain records for 7 years, in line with security-industry regulatory requirements.
