Grievance / Complaint
- 1 You submit a complaint — a reference number is issued immediately.
- 2 We acknowledge within 48 hours (if you provided contact details).
- 3 An investigation opens within 5 working days.
- 4 The investigation is completed within 21 days.
- 5 You are informed of the outcome.
- 6 You may raise a further concern if you are not satisfied.
Whistleblower
- 1 You submit — anonymously if preferred. Your identity is protected.
- 2 Your report is received by the HR Manager and Managing Director only.
- 3 An independent investigator is assigned within 3 working days.
- 4 The investigation is completed within 21 days.
- 5 The outcome is recorded and action is taken.
- 6 Anti-retaliation monitoring continues — you are protected.
Human Rights Concern
- 1 You submit your concern.
- 2 We acknowledge within 48 hours (if contact details are provided).
- 3 The concern is reviewed by the SOMS Manager and Managing Director.
- 4 The investigation is completed within 21 days.
- 5 You are informed of the outcome and any action taken.
